Earning money by wrong ways is common in those countries which aren’t governed correctly so the wealthy is divided unjustly. Narcotic smuggling and sex trade are the worst.
Who are the victims?
The most vulnerable and poorest group of society, especially children are involved. Is it possible to wipe out the problem completely? In my opinion it can be a long time program and takes a lot of efforts, but decreasing is possible at the short time.
How?
Protecting the vulnerable groups is more effected than performing tougher penalties and stricter bail conditions. As we witness in some country like Iran. In spite of doing a lot of execution, it happens permanently in this society.
I think that economic and education poverty is to blame! How we can blame some one who prostitute because of their daily bread? Nevertheless except some ones professional many of them are lack of the at least facility for living.
When we see children are begging or selling some things by the time that they should be at school, do we reflect it? Do we think who are they, who are their parents, where they live? We only see them in newspapers as victims!
In a country like Australia that admit immigrations yet they should pay more attention to their own citizens, such as the abnormal families and alcoholic parents must have recognized and their children should have taken from them.
Officials should have been more responsible about bad parent children!
In general we should start a public highly motivation to gather the wandering young and children from streets into a safe and enjoyable place by creating suitable jobs, amusement with compassionate and expert coaches for them to begin a new life
. Hope to see the day all of children live with their parents in a peaceful condition and preparing minimum neediness!?!?

sex child abuse has many problem in the world.it has some solution in my mind but the main way is that:people change their natural and just think about heaving relationship with their wife or husband.and think more about good behaviour the second way is that goverment has been hard rulls about it so it would help to solve some problems.the last if people had more information about thats problem they will can control themselves. at the end i think goverment couldnt do more things about it people should solve the problems.if they want they will can.

If I were prime minister I assumed that the problem can be the difference that there are. The important thing that associate with this kind of problem that poor children have, Is difference in a very bad way. The main problem that probably decreases the percentage of abuse is supplying or solving the shortcomings which we realize them by researches. As we know by reports and by researches lack of education is one of main problems that made a difference between two races of people. However I assumed that is not correct. We would give the same equipment to both groups.
The other difference is because of the geographic situation. Why there should be some force for who want to live where? We would give more facilities to who will live in this area the ideas change.
We would change public idea by awarding people in any way, TV reports, Radio, Newspaper, etc. All the people in this area should know that they are same people nevertheless with different color even with different believes or different races.
Finally I would give some rules and lows about teenagers and specially children. First it would forbidden enter river of grog then they would forbidden to drink alcohol drinks till they get their legal age. Also I would order some lows about child sex abuse that they don’t let themselves even to think about it.
I’m sorry because of the problems that there are but you should know I my self suffer from this problem and the reports are grim these days. But I will tell the main reasons and by telling apart all of the cases that cause the problem I will do my best to wipe out them.

About this problem some bode says that the main reason is the money and the others say it's because of their education.
But I agree with both.
How we could deal with this problem?
From statistics we know that these people aren’t educated so we should create good facilities for their education and increase their culture.
And then want of the money that arises because of unemployment.
The government's policy should be changed.
They should create job opportunities and obliterate unemployment.
These thing will be fulfillment in long-term but for future we are promising.
It's necessary to spend most of the budget.
And at the end I hope this problem will wipe out.

Every one has some responsibility in his life .This is more for someone who has some especial responsible to other people .The prime minister is one of that person who has lots of responsibility.
At first a prime minister should find out what is the problem in his society, then thinking and finding a way for solving the problem.
I'm a prime minister so I know what is the problem? The problem is child sex abuse.
I must ask these questions of myself. What are the reasons? Why the people abuse of child? What are the solutions?
I think the poverty is the most important reason for abusing of children .poor families have to do every thing to be alive. At first the government has to tell poor families from rich one, then give them some more facilities witch poor people like to have, after giving facilities it has to teach to the parents some more culture or information about the children, about their future .This culture that if one child is trained in wrong way, he will act very weak and wrong in the future.
But some families think about their children that they are child and they can not understand any thing, vise versa this thought is wrong, a child grows in a way that he has been trained. With this paragraph we can guess that the other reason for abusing children is lack of the culture or education.
The prime minister has to establish some places where the parents are trained there .In my opinion,

Excuse me, I do not agree with it.
If we believe, no body is born kind or unkind, guilty or innocent, socialist or loner. So all of these characteristics are created by living condition. Nevertheless, we cannot say people were criminal or thief, in general good or bad from the first. All of these return to their childhood and how well they have been trained.
An example: when a family’s children go wrong who should be blamed?
They themselves or their parents are the main guilty.
In a huge level when a country is not managed right who is more responsible, officials or ordinary people?
You are right people can do more by contribution in NGOs.
Nowadays some ones are so active in protecting and defending of wildlife, envireonment, etc. how it is not possible to protect the invulnerable children, as if they are lower than animals and environment.
You ask your own honestly opinion, but my dear the problem is more serious than these are! Sorry of telling this, People for being what you say need a basic retraining!
Finally, all the responsible people have a difficult duty and long way to wipe out the child sex abuse from the world.
